We ran up the path as soon as the rain stopped. There were lightning bolts behind us while we took shots of the harbor.
The beach at Monterosso must be a mad house in summer, but it wasn't too bad in September. There were only a handful of people swimming and such. It was certainly nice enough for many people to walk the street by the beach while enjoying gelato.
